Our Process
Step 1 – Assessment
Your HIRO Technician will complete a thorough HIRO Assessment that includes 150+ areas of the exterior & interior of your home or building.
Each area will be rated by the current condition that it is in. We will also note any areas that may require additional attention and advise a priority rating.
Once the report is completed, your technician will advise your HIRO number and indicate the performance of your home or building. Our goal is to get your home or building to peak performance.
Step 2 – HIRO Maintenance
After discovering your HIRO Assessment number, it’s time to put in place a preventative maintenance plan to prevent issues before they arise.
Your HIRO team will collaborate with you to create a monthly schedule that meets your needs.
Included in your monthly schedule is a 1 hour HIRO Handyman service time for those small items around the home that need attention outside of regular maintenance.
The HIRO Maintenance Monthly inspection will be completed by our HIRO Technicians with the exception of a few appliances (Hot water Tank, Furnace, AC, Fireplace) that we rely on our trusted partners for their expertise.
